We offer troubleshooting, parts and services for the Jolt EV right here.

First a few things about service you need to know:

1. Tires, brakes, shocks, headlights, fuses, brake lights and turn signal lamps, and the 12 volt battery subsystem are all standard components, serviceable anywhere. You need not get these parts from us. Your local auto parts store or auto repair shop can use off the shelf parts and replace these if need be.

2. For the 72 volt battery system that is the main drive for the vehicle, these are standard 12 volt AGM cell lead-acid sealed batteries. A national chain, called Batteries Plus can diagnose and replace any battery problems you may have with the Jolt EV. For reference, here is the battery specifications.

3. For defective parts covered under warranty, we will send new parts direct from the factory to you. The vehicle can be diagnosed and repaired by any licensed mechanic familiar with electrical maintenance.
